These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation, order or agreement for the supply and installation of kitchens, wardrobes and related joinery by HASS Home (“HASS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully — by using this website or placing an order, you accept them.
Using This Website
You may browse and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for republication elsewhere.
Product Information and Finishes
Images, samples and renders shown on this website are for illustration. Timber, stone and lacquered finishes are natural or hand-applied materials, and colour, grain and texture vary between batches and from what appears on your screen. We recommend confirming any finish against a physical sample before placing an order.
Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the measurements, drawings and specification agreed at the time of quoting.
- An order is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.
- Final measurements are taken on site before manufacturing begins. Where site conditions differ from those quoted, the price and lead time may need to be adjusted, and we will inform you before proceeding.
Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals and exclude any applicable duties or taxes unless stated otherwise. The deposit and the balance due before delivery or installation are set out in your quotation. Goods remain the property of HASS until they have been paid for in full.
Delivery and Installation
Lead times given at the point of order are estimates based on the agreed specification, and we will keep you informed if they change. You are responsible for providing safe access to the site, adequate power and lighting, and a clear working area, and for ensuring that any related building, electrical or plumbing work is complete before installation begins. Delays caused by site readiness may affect the schedule and may incur additional cost.
Changes and Cancellation
Our products are manufactured to your specification. Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible and may incur additional charges, and cancellation at that stage may result in the loss of your deposit together with a charge for work already carried out. Please speak to us as early as possible if your requirements change.
Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use for the period stated in your order documentation. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, misuse, incorrect cleaning, alterations carried out by others, or the natural movement and colour change of timber and stone. Appliances, sinks, taps and other third-party items are covered by their own manufacturers’ warranties.
Care and Maintenance
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your kitchen or wardrobe. Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products, prolonged exposure to water or steam, or excessive heat is not covered by our warranty.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, renders, photographs, text and branding on this website and within our proposals remain the property of HASS. They are provided for the purpose of your project and may not be reproduced, passed to third parties, or used to obtain competing quotations without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods and services as described and for carrying out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints
If something is not right, please contact us using the details below, quoting your order reference and including photographs where possible. We will investigate and respond as quickly as we can.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
